When we met Jessica last year, some might call it an accident but I know it was a divine appointment! We stumbled upon an open house that was just wrapping up when we met her. Things didn’t work out at that time for the property we were looking at so we decided to hold off. During the year of not looking, Jessica would still randomly reach out; even if it was to send a warm Christmas card. She wasn’t pushy or “all business” either, she was true to her nature: a sweet and caring person. We found another property and contacted her to “continue the process”. Jessica went above and beyond throughout it all and we are now proud owners of our dream home.
